On November 18, 2008, Todd Robertson, President/CEO of Hyperspective Studios, presented at the Radford High School Career fair. The topic Mr. Robertson presented was Creative Media and Animation. He gave four, 40-minute presentations to full classrooms of students who were interested in pursuing art and animation as a career. His focus was to enlighten students on all the pro's and con's, and all the things a student should expect in pursuing a creative career. With over 15 years of experience in producing animation and media, Mr. Robertson was able to provide students with a depth of insight into those type of careers.
Mr. Robertson received the following letter from the Radford High School College and Career Resource Center Coordinator: Aloha Todd,
Just a short note to THANK YOU for particiating in our Career Fair
last month. Per student evaluations, you did a fantastic job! Every student that
attended your session was, to put it midly, blown away! Many noted that your
session was one of the best. Thank you for inspiring them with your time and
knowledge. Students also expressed their appreciation for the respect shown as
they felt you were prepared to meet and share with them. They also got the
feeling that you wanted to be there.
Again, thank you for contributing to the huge success of the Career
Fair! I hope to call on you again next year!
